Amazing customer service—I had to tip him very well. I called him about 8 times because I’m new to all this and he explained everything to me very well and was very patient. Ended up replacing my old water heater and installing a new one with a booster and he even took the time to explain to me how it works and that I can call him in one year so he can show me how to flush the water heater. 10/10 thank you very much! If anything comes up in the future I am 100% coming back to him.

We were looking for a Navien certified plumber and found David online. He was professional from the start, knew exactly the issue when described and was able to give a quote over the phone as it was a common issue he obviously knew how to repair. I asked him to come when we were getting some other work completed in case we needed some help with the water lines and he was able to fix it right then. Again, giving an accurate and knowledgeable quote before starting any work. I would highly recommend David and HOTCO. He consistently called, said he would do something (order a part, follow up with a text, etc) and then did exactly what he said he would do. Very happy experience with David and HOTCO and will be calling him again when we need our annual maintenance completed for our water heater.

Price was right, on time, very professional, even needed to run to HoneDepot to pick up a stand as mine was very unstable. Installed professional grade hot water heater and gave me run down on the system. I highly recommend.

Hired Dave at Hotco of the Carolinas to perform a water heater change out. Could not be more satisfied with his work. On time, very professional and I was impressed that he provided a quote when I called, not like other companies that want a service charge just to come out to give a quote. Simple, efficient, practical, and professional. He gave an estimated time of arrival between 2-3pm, and I figured great, another "block of time" schedule type company that would maybe show up 2 hours later. He showed up at 2:14pm and got right to work. He answered all my questions in an easy to understand and non-rushed manner while he was working. He removed our old heater and installed a new 40 gallon hot water heater in roughly an hour. I'll definitely be using their services again!

Great experience. David was great to work with, on the phone and then in person. Came out and replaced our old water heater with a new one and recirculating pump and did a great job with installation and clean up. While we did not go with a tankless water heater his price for that was well below what the big plumbing/HVAC shops gave as an estimate.
